WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING

- Jeans, T-Shirt or long sleeved shirt

-Warmsweater and/or jacket

- Shoes with a good heel, cowboy boots or runners

- Rubber boots and rain coats for rainy days

- NOTE: Ponies & horses love carrots & apples as a treat!

Guided Trail Riding

Guided trail rides (1hr) leave at: ***Fall schedule***         

11:00am, 1:00pm, and 3:00pm Saturdays and Sundays

11:00am, 3:00pm, and 6:00pm Monday through Friday

If one of these rides does not work for you please give us a call for further arrangements. 

(Please phone ahead to reserve your horses)                                             

Cost: $35.00/person  

 Private guide $35/hr/group on top of regular riding rates

Children 6 yrs to 12 yrs - $5.00 off regular prices

Note: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of all guided trail rides

Note: All riders must complete an acknowledgment of risk and release of liability document.  Also, riders under 18 years of age must have their legal parents or guardians fill out an acknowledgment of risk and release of liability document for them prior to riding.

RULES AND REGULATIONS 

DO NOT:

• wrap reins or halter around your hands or body.
• ride with feet through stirrups.
• trade horses.
• leave beginner riders behind – you can only ride as fast as your least experienced rider.
• run horses back to the barn.
• lead or ride horses over top of wire gates or barbed wire.
• let go of horses while opening gates.
• tie your horse up with the reins.
• bring horses back hot & sweaty – otherwise you will walk them until they are cool.
• ride while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• run horses downhill – always walk them.
• smoke on trails.
• ride in muskeg or boggy areas – stay on the trails.

• ride in single file.
• stay in your group and wait for all riders.
• close all gates behind you and wait for the rider who gets the gate.
• have fun and ride safely.

·        WE ADVISE RIDERS NOT TO RIDE WITH LACE UP HIGH TOP RUNNERS OR BOOTS.

·        ALL RIDERS UNDER 18 YRS.  MUST WEAR A HELMET.
